This website privacy policy identifies the type of information MDDT, Inc., its affiliates and service providers (collectively, "MDDT") may collect from visitors of the www.toxinmed.com website and affiliated sites (the "Site") and how MDDT uses this information. Your use of the Site is also governed by the Terms and Conditions. Use of Customer Information

MDDT respects the privacy of its visitors and takes steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure of information to third parties. "Customer Information" includes any and all information received by MDDT from visitors to the Site. MDDT may store this information to enable it to improve the level of service to its users and customers. MDDT will not sell any Customer Information to any third party unless you expressly agree at the time you submit certain information to MDDT (typically by checking a box indicating your consent).

Information Collected by MDDT

“Personal Information” means information that MDDT can use to identify or contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personal Information that you submit to MDDT. Inaccurate information will affect your experience when using the Site and MDDT's ability to contact you as described in this Privacy Policy. A purpose of the Site is to collect information from customers and potential customers for certain services or products sold by MDDT. Throughout the Site are forms that request information from you. These forms typically ask for contact information (such as name, mailing address and email address). The provision of such information by you is entirely voluntary. By using the Site and providing Personal Information, you authorize MDDT to contact you using the Personal Information you provide and to share this information to third parties that provide MDDT with products or services, to respond to your inquiries, or to provide various products, information and/or services to you. You may request that MDDT deletes any personal information it may have on file at any time by contacting MDDT. Personal Information created using the Site and submitted to MDDT is provided on a non-confidential, non-proprietary basis, and may be used by MDDT as set forth in the Terms of Use Agreement .

Aggregated Data

MDDT may take Personal Information and Customer Information and aggregate data so that it is no longer identifiable. MDDT may use this information to enhance the features of the Site and services; and MDDT may sell or license this aggregated information to third parties or publish the information. MDDT will take reasonable precautions to ensure that such aggregated information does not contain any confidential or otherwise identifiable data that could be used to identify its source.

Market Research

From time to time, MDDT may conduct online research surveys through email invitations, pop-up surveys or other methodologies. When participating in a survey, MDDT may ask you to enter Personal Information. The Personal Information you submit in a survey may be used by MDDT for research and measurement purposes, including to measure the effectiveness of Site content, advertising or other programs. When MDDT's market research surveys collect Personal Information, we will not knowingly accept participants who are under the age of 18.

Emails You Send to MDDT

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information, content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to MDDT by email. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to MDDT.

Non-Personal Information

MDDT collects Non-Personal Information about your use of the Site. “Non-Personal Information” means information that we cannot use to identify or contact you. We may also acquire Non-Personal Information about our users from external sources.

IP Address Logging

MDDT's web servers collect domain names and/or IP addresses of users to measure what pages and features are accessed by our visitors. MDDT may use software to collect and analyze this information. This information helps us administer the site, improve content and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. MDDT may link IP addresses to personally identifiable information submitted to MDDT. This information is used to verify whether a visitor has opted in to receiving additional information from MDDT.

Research and Measurement Activities

Information that MDDT collects about you may be combined by MDDT with other information available to MDDT through third parties for research purposes, including analyzing the effectiveness of content, advertising or programs. This information from other sources may include age, gender, demographic, geographic, personal interests, product purchase activity or other information. MDDT may report aggregate information, which is not able to be identified back to an individual user of the Site, to our current or prospective advertisers and other business partners. MDDT does not sell or share any Personal Information with any third parties, except that contractors performing services on MDDT's behalf may be provided access to Personal Information when performing these services. These contractors agree not to use this information for any purpose other than performing services on MDDT's behalf.

With Whom Does MDDT Share Your Information?

Except as described in this Privacy Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, MDDT will not disclose any Personal Information it gathers from you through the Site. We may only release Personal Information to third parties: if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) satisfy a legal order or comply with legal process; (b) defend the rights of MDDT or its affiliates or business partners; or (c) protect the personal safety of MDDT employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers or users of the Site. In addition, MDDT may disclose Personal Information as described below. MDDT may share Non-Personal Information that it has about you, including about your browsing activity on the Site, with third party advertising service providers who may use this information, on our behalf, to help MDDT deliver advertising on the Site as well as on other sites on the internet.

MDDT may share your Personal Information or other information with our parent, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates.

In the event of a corporate change in control resulting from, for example, a sale to, or merger with, another entity, or in the event of a sale of assets or a bankruptcy, MDDT reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information to the new party in control or the party acquiring assets. In the event of such a change, your Personal Information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless any changes to the Privacy Policy are made in accordance with the section below that discusses “Changes to This Privacy Policy.”

Disclosures to MDDT Contractors

MDDT contractors sometimes have limited access to your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information in the course of providing products or services to MDDT. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, data analysis, research, advertising and marketing assistance and/or content in connection with our operation and maintenance of the MDDT Web Sites. MDDT contractually requires that our contractors: 1) protect the privacy of your Personal and Non-Personal Information consistent with this Privacy Policy and 2) not use or disclose your Personal or Non-Personal Information for any purpose other than providing the limited service or function for MDDT.

Disclosures to Third Party Web Sites

Certain content, services and advertisements offered to you through the Site are served on, or contain links to, web sites hosted and operated by a company other than MDDT ("Third Party Site"). MDDT does not disclose your Personal Information to these Third Party Web Sites without your consent, but you should be aware that any information you disclose to the other web sites once you access these other web sites is not subject to this Privacy Policy. MDDT does not endorse and is not responsible for the privacy practices of any Third Party Site. You should review the privacy policy posted on the other web site to understand how a Third Party Site collects and uses your Personal Information.

This privacy policy does not apply to any Third Party Site; even if such Third Party Site links to a website owned by MDDT or MDDT links to that Third Party Site. Accordingly, this privacy policy does not apply to the practices of any third party, affiliate, or business partner that MDDT does not own or control. Additionally, the owners of social media services may have additional online privacy terms and conditions that supersede this privacy policy depending on a user's own personal preferences with that social media provider.

Do Not Track Browser Settings

At this time, there are no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standards or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating "Do No Track" signals. As a result, the Site is unable to respond to "Do No Track" signals. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your browser to let the websites you visit know that you do not want them collecting certain information about you.

Cookies

MDDT may use cookies or similar files or scripts throughout its website to enhance your convenience in using the Site, to improve search functionality or to hold information that you would otherwise need to re-key. Cookies are text files collected by a user's web browser. If you do not wish to accept cookies from the Site, you may configure your web browser so that it does not accept cookies; however, you may lose certain functions available on the Site.

Changes to Privacy Policy

In the future, MDDT may offer new and different programs that necessitate a change in this Policy. MDDT reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the privacy policy will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy, and MDDT's collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Storage of Personal Information

MDDT is based in Canada. Any information collected through the Site as described in this Privacy Policy may be stored and processed in the Canada or any other country in which MDDT or its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you are located outside of Canada or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from Canadian law, please note that MDDT may transfer information, including Personal Information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to Canada.

Governing Language

Any translation of this Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License Agreement shall govern.

Security

MDDT is committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to MDDT, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose. The Site has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under MDDT's control. However, MDDT cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although MDDT cannot guarantee that its systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, MDDT periodically updates and tests its technology in order to improve the protection of customer information.

MDDT suggests that you install anti-virus software on your computer and routinely check for viruses, keyloggers, spyware and other programs that may become installed on your computer without your permission. If you believe that you have received a virus from MDDT, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take remedial measures to remove the virus.
